We're working on bringing online rent collection directly into Restaters. Imagine tenants paying rent with a click, automatic split payments (landlord + agency commission), and real-time payment status tracking.

• Stripe, SEPA Direct Debit, and local payment methods.
• Automated late payment reminders and penalty tracking.
• Full transaction history and exportable reports for accounting.

Maintenance & Issue Tracking

Managing property maintenance is a hassle. We envision a built-in system where:

• Tenants can submit maintenance requests with photos and descriptions.
• Landlords can assign tasks to contractors or resolve issues themselves.
• A full issue history is maintained per property for accountability.

This completes the landlord-tenant lifecycle beyond just contracts and invoices.

Calendar & Scheduling

Time-sensitive tasks shouldn't fall through the cracks. Our planned calendar integration will include:

• Viewing appointments: Schedule and share availability with prospective tenants or buyers.
• Lease renewal reminders: Get notified before contracts expire.
• Utility reading due dates: Never miss a meter reading deadline.
• Custom events: Add your own property-related reminders.

Mobile Application

Real estate management happens on the go. Agents visit properties, tenants check utility usage from anywhere, and landlords need quick access to dashboards. A dedicated mobile app (or PWA) is on our roadmap to make Restaters truly portable.

Expect push notifications, offline access to key data, and a streamlined mobile-first experience.

API & Integrations

For power users and agencies, we're exploring:

• Listing syndication: Automatically publish to major portals (Immobilienscout24, Njuškalo, etc.).
• Accounting integration: Export invoices to DATEV, e-Račun, or your preferred software.
• Public API: Build custom integrations or connect third-party tools.

Advanced Analytics

Data drives decisions. We're envisioning dashboards that provide:

• Portfolio performance metrics (vacancy rates, income trends).
• Market benchmarking (is your rent competitive?).
• Energy efficiency scores based on utility consumption data.
