Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

These Terms apply to the ReStaters platform (restaters.com and subdomains). The platform is operated by SL solucije d.o.o., Miramarska cesta 24, 10000 Zagreb. They define user rights and obligations and the relationship between users and ReStaters.

If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the platform. By accessing you confirm you know and accept the current version. Certain features require registration and basic personal data collected solely to provide the requested service.

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability nor are we responsible for damages arising from use, except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the service provider.

Content on the platform is protected by copyright. Users retain rights to their content but grant the platform a license to use it for service provision purposes.

These terms take effect on December 4, 2025 and are part of the contractual relationship with users. Croatian law applies; disputes are subject to the courts of Zagreb. Written complaints may be sent by post or email; we respond within statutory deadlines.

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable regulations. We collect only necessary data for service provision, communication, and legal compliance. Data is protected by technical measures and is not shared with third parties except service providers (e.g. hosting) or when legally required.

You can request deletion of your data. Send a request to privacy@restaters.com with subject “Deletion request”. We delete your account, listings, and communications unless data must be retained for legal obligations (e.g., accounting). If there are active transactions or statutory retention periods, we will restrict processing and delete as soon as obligations expire. We respond within 30 days.

You can request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g., JSON/CSV). Send a request to privacy@restaters.com with subject “Data portability”. We include profile, listings, and settings data, excluding third-party data or content that would infringe others’ rights. We respond within 30 days.

The platform uses AI for document processing and AI assistants. Incoming invoices sent to the user email assigned on ReStaters are processed with OCR, AI field extraction, analysis, and anomaly detection (amounts, dates, IBAN, currency, etc.). We build text and voice agents to assist users (powered by multiple AI models: TTS, STT, VAD, turn detection, LLMs, embeddings, and orchestration). Additional AI processing supports core platform functionality.

We apply data minimization, document purposes and data categories, track models, and ensure human oversight where required. For non-essential processing or profiling we seek explicit consent or provide an opt-out where technically feasible. We will notify users of material AI changes in line with the EU AI Act and GDPR.
